High demand in multiple screen usage among gamers and streamer
Prior to Zenbook Pro Duo, the gaming BU wants to validate the gaming usage on the new structure. Understand what do gamers want to achieve.

How users use it in 3 different modes. Based on the answers and create scenarios, and define app functions to assist the respect modes.

MY ROLE
I conducted analytical research to define UX direction. Strategise the product positioning in order to spearhead the project to kick off. Define the usage with engineering implementations in mind.
I conducted 9 interviews to understand gamers' usage pattern. I designed a research method, let interviewees try on Zenbook Pro Duo for 2 days and followed by our face to face interview.

Understand Users' setups first.
Users tend to use another screen for streaming, game search, chats, checking stats
2-day usage diary & 1 face-to-face interview: by given the Zenbook Pro Duo, the interviewers got to try it at home and give more feedback on the actual interview.
After the interviews, each interviewee's behavioral insights will be analysed. The research insights tell that a lot of users get annoyed by changing different tasks on one screen.

Define the TAs after studying the interviewees
After rounds of interviews, some target group are eliminated (esports gamers have to stay focus on one screen). The TAs are defined as Streamers and avid gamer because they appreciate social engagement and want to relax when playing game.
The usage is clearly defined: provides medium focus and highly interactive platform on second screen for streamers and avid gamers.

Define what the TAs want and value proposition
During the game, users want to achieve the sense of winning. For streamers, they have to interact with the viewers. Hence
Dynamic Focus is the design theme- switch focus dynamically, help user to achieve tasks without losing their time.
