User goals

Main goal:

Provide convenience for the students who go to the same destinations, while promoting values of sharing, generosity, frugality and an environmental consciousness to the students. Drivers can decide whether they want to offer free trips or earn a little more when going to school. Drivers and passengers can benefit from the other parties.  

 

Secondary goal:

A social platform to interact with fellow school mates on the same routes

Profiles can be viewed (contact number), ratings are indicated. Choose drivers based on rating.

Easy transaction, in-app VISA payment. (easier than standard taxi)

Able to track history of trips.

Advanced booking and reminder will be set.

"Favourite" frequent trips for easy one-tap booking.

Persona

Persona 1

  • Ashley, 21, student

  • Frustration: Living in the East side of the country, however, her school is located at the West side.

  • Monthly allowance $300. 

  • School travel duration: 1 hr 40 mins

  • She has morning classes at 8 am which means she has to wake up at 5 am to prepare to reach on time in school. Every morning is a painful journey for her as she has to squeeze in a crowded train for 1 hr and 40 mins. 

  • She does not mind spending a little bit more in order to improve her mode of transport and experience.

Persona 2

  • Daniel, 23, student, Using his parents' spare car to travel to school.

  • Frustration: The chance to get to know more people from other faculties is low. He wants to offer some rides for his schoolmates and broaden his social network. He does not mind spending some time with schoolmates and earn some extra pocket money to top up the car fuel costs.

  • Monthly allowance $500. 

  • School travel duration: 30 mins

Vibrant and warm colours are selected for students. Warm colors represent youthful, passionate and creative. While pink represents warmth and friendship, which are related to the name of our app (Gratia - which is a latin word means kindness). Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine, enthusiasm

1. Enter a pickup point and destination. 2. Confirmed the pickup point. 3.  Car is reaching.  4-5. A line of  instruction tells you to choose a route from any other options. 6.
